This symposium aims to highlight the importance of early diagnosis of Alzheimer’s Disease and explores a typical patient journey towards a diagnosis, including the patient presentation, neuropsychological assessments, biomarker assessments and imaging and patient management options following a diagnosis. The audience will be encouraged to contribute to the active discussions.

  • Educate clinicians and allied health care providers on patient and care partner needs in early-stage Alzheimer’s Disease (AD)
  • Communicate the importance of early diagnosis for optimal care of patients with AD
  • Help health care providers empower patients with AD and their care partners
  • Translate scientific advances into AD clinical practice
